Policies
Our policies are to ensure smoothness of appointments to take the stress off of you to ensure happy, healthy, great-looking pets!
Appointments and Cancellations
To secure your grooming time slot, a small deposit of $25 is required.
If you happen to cancel within less than 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancelling before the 48 hour mark results in a full refund or appointment rescheduling.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment may either result in extra fees or appointment rescheduling.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are estimates and may vary based on breed, coat condition, size, and behavior.
Additional fees apply due to de-matting, flea/tick treatment, or extending appointment time
Payment is due at pick-up. Cash, credit, debit, apple pay, cash app, and venmo are accepted forms of payment.
Medical Emergencies
In case of veterinary emergency, you authorize us to proceed with veterinary care. Costs from the visit are the pet owner’s responsibility.
Health and Vaccination Requirements
Rabies, DAPP, and Bordetella are required for grooming. Proof of these vaccinations may be requested.
Pets showing sign of illness such as vomiting, lethargy, symptoms of contagion, or diarrhea will be sent home and rescheduled for grooming.
If fleas or ticks are found, they will be reported and treated, but a fee for flea treatment will be applied.
Pets with known medical conditions may be required to provide veterinary approval to ensure it is safe to groom the pet.
Pet Behavior and Safety
We have the right to stop the groom if a pet becomes too stressed or becomes a safety risk to itself or the groomer. The groomer will provide the option to talk to a veterinarian about anxiety medication to reschedule the appointment and try again. Please provide anxiety medication at bed time the night before your grooming appointment and 1 hour before your appointment time.
Muzzles and E-collars may be used during grooms when necessary. Communication is a priority, so we will make sure to contact the pet owner(s) to report before moving forward with the groom.
Severe matting can cause skin irritation and pain requiring a shave down. It will always be communicated to pet owners that their pet is matted for permission to shave down.
